Privacy Policy for Team Racket

This Privacy Policy explains how LucaLlama ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Team Racket (the "App"), available on the Meta Horizon Store for Meta Quest devices.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Purchase information. When you buy in-app items or currency bundles, payments are processed by Meta. We receive transaction records (such as the item purchased and a transaction identifier) but do not collect or store your full payment card details.
• Account / player identifiers. A Meta-provided user ID used to save your in-game progress, currency balance, and purchased items.
• Gameplay data. In-game progress, settings, and statistics needed to run and save your game.
• Technical and diagnostic data. Crash logs, performance data, and device/OS information used to fix bugs and improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes:

• To deliver core gameplay and save your progress, settings, and purchased items.
• To process and verify in-app purchases and grant the corresponding in-game currency or items.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the App's performance and stability.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to operate the App: with Meta Platforms, Inc. for account services and payment processing. Each such provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the App and its features, or as required by law.

5. Your Data and How to Request Deletion

Regardless of where you live, you may request that we delete the personal data we have collected or stored about you. There is no fee for this. To make a request, email us at lucalucallama@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the Meta account name or player ID associated with your data. We will respond within 30 days.

In limited cases we may be unable to fully delete certain records — for example, transaction records we are legally required to retain for tax or fraud-prevention purposes. Where this applies, we will delete all data that we are not legally obligated to keep and will explain what was retained and why.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older, consistent with Meta Quest age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us at lucalucallama@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
